Problems in theme

I have a problem with my theme (blue color), after install the mod tinyportal and unhappily, I cann't solve.

Are happen some errors in layout, as that in bellow image:



How solve this?

When I first saw the screenshot, I thought the items he pointed out were blocks in the left panel.  That is not the case.  That is a forum topic page --> http://gremioemfoco.info/index.php?topic=267.0

In any case, I don't see how this might have anything to do with TinyPortal.  In addition, I don't see the problem as a guest.  Maybe you have to be logged in to see it.
