Can't uninstall TinyPortal 0.983

Hello there!

My SMF board 1.1.18 has been hacked recently, and despite replacing the infected files the board gets hacked on a daily basis by now. So far no success in finding the problem.

One of the possible problems is the fact that TinyPortal 0.983 is still installed, so the idea was to upgrade it to 1.0 and onwards. Apparently one first has to uninstall the old version. But when I try to do that in the Package Manager I get the message:

This package cannot be uninstalled, because there is no uninstaller!
Please contact the mod author for more information.

Where is this uninstaller supposed to be located? Can I download it from somewhere and put it in? What options do I have?
