How do I list external links in the left panel?

Is there a block or module for that?

You can use a menu block to add links like the one in my screengrab.  It has options to either link to internal pages, articles, or external links.  Just choose block type Menu, and add your links.

Failing that, just add a left hand block  type BBCode, or html &  Javascript, and add the links yourself.

Thanks, but where but after you activate the Menu bloc, where do you put the links?

I can't find a screen to do that.

Sorry, should have said.  Once you create a menu block, and save it.  The next step is to go to Tinyportal Admin >  Add menu, give it a title.  You can then use TP Admin > Menu manager, to add the links.
