Hiding block from Admin?

I have a block that is supposed to be visible to only guests and I want to hide it from my admin account as well.  I setting the "Admin can see all blocks?" option in the settings to no, but that ended up hiding all of my panels from admins, despite the block permission settings.  Is that how it is supposed to work? 

Setting that option back to yes, I tried setting the guest-only block permissions to just guests.  No other group was checked off.  But that block was still visible to guests + admins, but not any of the other groups. 

Is it possible to hide a block from the admin?

And I already feel like I'm posting a bunch of these topics.  XD

TBH, I'm not even sure how that feature works at this point. I don't know how Bloc intended for that to work at the moment. I've added this to the bugtracker.
