I've been getting more than a few error messages in my log now, including a few database ones that concern me.  These are the database ones:

This one has only appeared when I tried uninstalling Tinyportal.

A quick search here for the errors you are getting will lead you to the temporary fixes I've posted until we release TP1 RC3.
