Can't move blocks position with arrows

At first I thought you were talking about the move from one panel to another buttons. And I was like "I know those work!" lol. Thanks for the report, just tested it myself and it doesn't work. Will see what I can do to fix things.

Thank much...for looking into this but just a user FYI, I find it much easier to change t\he position values a much faser way to set position of these blocks... For the time being! 10/20/30 and so on.

Ok, this will be fixed in the next release. Not going to post the code changes for 2 reasons.
1. There's a work around.
2. There's a bit to many for me to want to do it. lol
