How can I change the font of the items in the tp blocks?

SMS2.0-RC5 and Tiny Portal 1.02.

In the picture I would like to do two things.

I would like to change the font that is used for a given tp block(like most recent or user) and second I would like to remove the bold from the "Today". I have searched and can not find out how to do this.

Use Firebug to find what css file and what entry that is.  If you would have included a link to your site, as requested in the Posting Guidelines, I would have done so for you.
