Hello Im trying to install new theames to my site they install right but why is my forum tab on teh navigation bar going away. its not there no more

also my donations tab is missing to when i install a new theme

To help us help you, please give us a bit more info on the versions etc, you are using.

tiny portal 1.0 rc1

IF you go to my site now u will see
Home,Forum,Help, Search, Admin, Profile, My Messages, Members, Donations, Logout


But when i install new themes i  dont get Forums, donations why is this and how do i fix this

Since you are using a 1.1.x version of SMF, tabs on the navbar that aren't included with the theme require that you add them to the code.  SMF 2.0 RC5 does not require that you do that.

The best way to find out how to add them is to ask the author of the custom theme.  However, this link might give you the information you need if you want to try to do this yourself --> How to add a Home button or a new tab?
