No obvious link to downloads manager.

While there is no "Downloads link", the Downloads and Shoutbox are both modules. Modules takes you right to where you need.

I knew where it was, just pointing it out for the next update, be nice to have a more obvious link.

Not in mine, looks like my install did not go to plan, I have noticed there is something missing here as well, this is at the bottom of "Edit Block"

I have the same, only I'm not sure what is supposed to be there at the moment at the bottom of that screenshot. As for the missing icons, I should have checked mine I guess. I never look at that screen. lol Not sure what creates that screen at the moment. I'll try to look at it when I get a chance.

Just done a clean install of SMF2 RC5 and then installed TinyPortal 1.0 RC1, result follows.

That is a test site I installed on my server not my other one, the install package must fail if the old version of TP is in place.
