Everyone, glad to see you all got this great site together to continue on with the TP support!

My name is max you have probably seen me around, I have many website and create them for some businesses over seas and in the USA, but as far as SMF communities I have a few, my main site and the demo site: http://www.buildandtell.com/demosite/index.php?action=forum
where I have TP installed and test other Portals as well, but TP is the default here, and 'm also working on color scheme variations of Bloc's themes started with the Moderndark32 as per request from a few over there, this is a lite to medium olive combinations. you may view the progress there at that site, my main site is a general self help site buildandtell.com

Also if anyone has trouble with their PC. I'll try my best to help you out, and I also custom build PC's so if your thinking along these lines pls feel free to let me know.

Hi Maxx,

It really was great to talk to you and great to see you stop in here after so long.  I'm going to go ahead and move this topic over to Chit-Chat for now since it really doesn't follow the Showcase Board Posting Guide.  We try to maintain some semblance of order in that board, at least as much as we can. Feel free to go ahead and post back over in the Showcase Board about your TP site and what your thoughts of the new TP are the next time you stop back in.  Great to see you again.

Thanks and would you consider a Introduce yourself forum category, and also the Welcome mod works great with SMF rc3, I'm using it att, It will Welcome all members in a Welcome cat you set up, and you can point them to the rules and guidelines in the same welcome message!

Just a thought or 2.

Not a bad idea Maxx.  I'll talk it over with the others and check out that Mod.  won't be tonight though.  My team plays tonight at 9PM Eastern time so I'm getting ready to get ready for it.

Yes that will do it,  and it has some options you should like!

While auto welcoming them in the "Welcome and Introduce Yourself" cat you'll set up, in that message you'll be able to post links to any place you want them to read and ask them to introduce themselves at the same time. real neat Mod. also ops to send them an email, with the same info!= and links! I have it working with SMF 2 RC3. You can see it at my main site!
