Gary,

I've never seen this error with TP.  Does this happen every time someone logs in for the first time?  In other words, is it repeatable?  It is more than likely another Mod causing it.  Try this first ~ Go to Admin --> Configuration --> Server Settings --> select "Disable evaluation of templates"

After this, clear out those errors from the error log and see if the error changes.

Yes when they log in for the first time that day, not the first time ever, but every time they have to log back in. I went to the SMF site and looked it up there and it has happened before but because the error has this "TPortal.template.php (tp_above sub template - eval?)" they said to See the TP forum as it was a TP error.

I did what you said and the error still show, but a little different -

File: /..../..../..../2inchpvc/Themes/default/TPsubs.template.php(95) : eval()'d code
Line: 103

Hope this is more informative.

Is it still "Undefined index: time"?  Please post the full new error.

Yes still "Undefined index: time" - I think I know what it is, and it may be weird to explain,

when I type "2inchpvc.com" into the browser the url changes to this - "http://www.2inchpvc.com/index.php?PHPSESSID=mrojn6vg21rficd4erm5s6h217;wwwRedirect" and then sign in I get the error in my error log,

BUT if I type the "www." before it - it just changes the url to this "http://www.2inchpvc.com/" and then when I sign in there is no error in the error log.

So now I am assuming this is a issue with IE7 changing the url and adding the "PHPSESSID=mrojn6vg21rficd4erm5s6h217;wwwRedirect" which is making it error somehow, what do you think?

very possible.  Do you have any redirects setup in your cpanel?  That could be an issue.  A lot of times, when a login error occurs, it's because the browser can't get the proper session number and sometimes redirects can cause this.

I have a multi domain account with my host, the www.2inchpvc.com is not the main domain so I would assume a redirect is involved when the user does not type in the www before the domain name. I am not sure, sometimes I think I get what they are talking about and sometimes I think I am completely stupid, you know?  ;)

Gary, you might mention this redirect to your host and ask them if they have any guidance for you on the issue.  Feel free to link this topic to them so that they can see what we discussed.  LMK what you find out.

Yeah I will call them when I get home from work (one of the best features is 24/7 live support) and see what they say. I will definately let you know, especially if it isn't a error caused by them! LOL!!

OOOPS!! Just realized today is a holiday here, will have to wait until tomorrow!!! :2funny:
