SMF version: SMF 2.0 RC3
TP version: TinyPortal 1.0 beta 5-1

I would like to reduce the size of the avatars shown in the new shoutbox if possible on TP Beta 5.1.  I've looked though TPShout.template.php but I'm not exactly sure what is controlling the size of the avatars.

Currently as far as I can tell it's set to 50 x 50.

Can someone please point me in the right direction?  :)

Thanks in advance,

pvcblue

I believe this is it in the tp-style.css

span.tpavatar img
{
width: 35px;
}

"Smurfs, Smurfs, and More Smurfs!"

I'm not sure this is it smurfy because it's currently set at 35px in that file but my avatars are showing at 50x50px.   :-\

The file you are looking for is the /Themes/default/TPShout.css.  Look on about line 42 for this or something similar ...

.tp_shoutavatar .avy2 img
{
width: 25px;
max-height: 100%;
margin: 0 6px 0 0;
float: left;

Change the width to whatever you want it to be.  The height will come along for the ride.  BTW, Bloc has made the width smaller for the next update, TP 1.0 beta 5.2.  It will be 25px.

That that the trick for the size ZarPrime, thanks!   O0

Although, they still don't look centered for some reason as seen in the attachment.

Any idea's on this?

ZarPrime

FUBAR,

I'm not sure what you mean by centered.  You mean centered vertically on the same line as the username?  Had you made any other changes to the css besides just the width?  Give me a link to your site where I can see your Shoutbox so that I can take a look at it.

You are right ZarPrime, the avatars are not centered on the same line as the username.  I haven't made any other changes other then changing the size from 50px to 25px but previous to this change they also were not centered.

There's no possible way to help you if you don't post a link so we can see the problem.
