Large sortable table (html + javascript) - how?

Could you pull this into your article using an  Iframe

The plus is that theme's css doesn't get contaminated by table css but it could be solved differently
Obvious drawback is that it's ugly

So... is css the possible culprit that prevents it from working as included html file in php block?
