[Help] Recent Topic and Recent Downloads Modefication

Hi there,
I have used search function however havent found what I have been looking for.

Basically I need to change "Recent Topics" and "Recent Downloads" modules which are on the main page to show only:
             a) Recent Topics Show only the topic name and the users name who posted it
             b) Latest Downloads to show only the name of a file

  Also, is there a way I can change dl manager ( see here: http://inplaywepro.com/index.php?action=tpmod;dl )  to show only the name of a file, without the time , uploaded by and other features?

Our website is in its beta period, and we need help with those things I mentioned above, can you help me or tell in what files that stuff located so that i can delete it on my own?

For both a and b questions, look in our block code snippets board for a custom block code to get what you want. Changes to the download manager will be in TPdlmanager.template.php file in the Themes/default/ folder.

Great looking site. I have 1.1.11 and was concerned about what version of TP I needed to download. It appears you have used the newest version with good results.

I am new here and am having problems navigating through all the FAQs to find the answers to simple questions that I have. Well, I think I will give it a shot. I will keep my eye on your site. Kudos to you ShowMeYourStyle!
