The Turkish language would not be showing unless you have installed the correctl Turkish Language files for your install.  Please Read and Follow the Posting Guidelines, and include the information requested in the template at the bottom of that topic.  Also, please state what the default language of your Forum is, whether it's Turkish or Turkish utf8 so that we can help you determine what Language files you need to download.
