Article Submissions

Did a search, might of missed the answer but I didn't see one.

I'm rather confused as to how I would let a certain member (Or membergroup) submit their articles.

Admin -> Permissions -> modify member group and check permission to submit articles.

Hmm... perhaps I'm not seeing it exactly as it should be or it's not there.  Here's a screen of my TP permission settings for members.
