Question regarding TP Block font sizing

Okay, I got one block coded the way I wanted it (right panel) then decided to add another block, this time to the left panel.  What I found was the font size was smaller than the font size of the right panel.  I'm referring to the title area of the block itself.

What is causing this to happen?  It's not like I can specify a size or anything, it's automatically generated when I add the block.  Is there a way to force it to not dynamically choose a size like that?  I'm trying to make a somewhat professional looking site and varying font sizes for no apparent reason doesn't go very far towards that end.

For giggles I named the two blocks the same thing so that their title lengths would be the same, had no affect on the one side choosing the font size to be one thing and the other side another.  It's not like it's cramped for space.  One side chooses to just be smaller.

There was a post about this very same thing about 120 days old.
