Making a new module for TP 0.9.8

I'm posting because i would like to know if exist any documentation where i can see which files i will need to create to make a simple new module, por example index.php?action=something

Where i could put a static html info.

If you want to create a static page in an action=xxx page, you can just do that with an SMF modification. There's no documentation for TP modules yet.
