Shoutbox doesnt appear

Using:

TinyPortal v1.0 beta 4
SMF 1.1.10

Recently upgraded SMF and Tiny portal from SMF 1.1 RC3 and TinyPortal v0.8.6, but durring this operation removed every TP table from database, also SMF is using fresh installation files. In other words, I removed all the files and installed a brand new ones, except for a SMF database which was just upgraded via upgrade.php. My SMF installation has no single mod or addon, its clean.

Anyway, I would like to enable built-in TP Shoutbox. Think I did everything well but its still not showing on the main page. Can anyone provide a step by step guide how to enable SB? I know there is another topic about SB but I couldnt find any solution out there.

Please help.

Assuming you did everything else to enable the block, including turning it on, there is one last step that some people miss.  See the attached image.  It will expand another area where you choose what sections to show the block in.  Let us know if this works.

Seems a lot of people miss those. Perhaps they need to be more obvious, actual buttons maybe?

They've been changed to be visible by default.
