New Blocks not showing

Hi,

I recently installed TP 1.0 Beta 4 on SMF 1.1.10. I have installed while using Default-Theme and English language. I still can't figure out how to get new created blocks showing. The blocks that come along with TP are working properly, but new blocks won't show.
I am assuming that this is caused by some file permission problems because I can't find a solution to my problem.

Our forum is supposed to work in german, but I can't even get the blocks working in default settings.

Was searching for hours on Google and TP-sites now, without a solution.

When you create a new block, there is a line at the bottom of the block page that says something like"show/hide", which allows you to click a drop down section. In this section you can choose "where" you want the block to display. Because of the "un-user-friendlyness" of this type of option, it has been changed in TP beta 5 that Bloc is working on right now.

Such a small feature causing me headaches, thanks a lot, this solved my problem.
