smf utf8 / tp latin2 - problems

Hello all - that is my first post on that forum.
Info about my site:

SMF version: SMF ver. 1.1.10
TP version: TP ver. 1.0 beta4
Theme name and version: SMF Default Theme
Browser Name and Version: Firefox 3.5.2
Mods installed: No mods

My problem:
Originaly my forum was in phpbb2.
I successfully converted it to smf 1.1.10
Forum is in utf8_general_ci - thats the only way to make it work with polish fonts.
It works in english but when I change my forum language to polish, smf works fine, but tp admin panel disappears.
What is more my forum is 2 language now... smf things are in polish and tp things (moduls ect.) in english
Is there any way to install TP not with default latin2_general_ci but with utf8_general_ci??
I see in phpmyadmin smf tabels with utf8, and tp tabels with latin2...
Guess thats the problem...
I have second forum installed originally in smf latin2 and tp works there just fine

As TP is a mod ( addon ) for SMF it holds it's own language package.
I dont know what dirrent language options there are for Polish, but we have polish translation in utf8 for TP V1 beta 4 here
