left panel breaks the front & right panel

I recently moved my site to a new host and need a step in the right direction
Everything moved fine along with my db but having an issue where if I activate the left panel it breaks my front & right panels (top panel works but others are missing)

If I deactivate the left panel the rest show up fine

Link to your site? Can you show us the problem? Have you tried disabling the blocks in the panel to see if one of them is causing the problem? What theme are you using? Can you provide more details please?
