How do i do this?

How would I make it so that only the left panel shows while in the forum view?

So instead of both panels showing, only the left panel does.

I went to this:
Admin > TinyPortal > Panels & Blocks > Panels

Then in Hide panels when in custom actions: i typed "forum"

But that took away both panels. left, and right.

For the forum you dont add custom option.
You have the settings for your panels.

Admin/TinyPortal/Panels and Blocks/Panels

Scroll down to the left panel settings and check the catbox for "Do not show left panel when in forum" and save.
That will remove the left panel when you are in your board index
