I think it is something to so with:

<title>', $context['page_title'], '</title>';

Thanks for following the guidelines. However, your link to your site does not work.

I would highly suggest you update both SMF and TP to the latest versions as well, as there was a big security fix in the latest SMF 1.1.9

Zetan

Isn't this normal behavior for browsers?

Mine at work displays: Microsoft Internet Explorer provided by QinetiQ, the company I work for.

@Ichbin , 2 small questions. 1. how do i upgrade tinyportal. 2. I get a Session verification failed. Please try logging out and back in again, and then try again. when trying to update SMF to 1.1.9

@Zetan Yes your site looks ok and i want mine to look the same. I mean, on a mozilla firefox new tab, my title is http://www.eucardsharing.com , its not the SMF or tinyportal title i used in admin.

This was as close as i got for solving it http://www.tinyportal.net/index.php/topic,25410.0.html

Is this correct for smf 1.1.8 or 1.1.9
$context['forum_name'] . ' : ' . $context['page_title']

IchBin

If you go to SMF and search your error you will see that the problem has been fixed. Once you've done that, you install TP just like you did before if you used the package manager.
