everything of TP installs fine, i check the homepage and TP is working fine then i go back to admin look at the TP settings(i dont change anything) and when i go back to the homepage it says....

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php5/lib/php') in /home/content/k/i/g/kiggainc/html/Forum/Sources/TPortal.php on line 1963

Im using TP 1.0 Beta 4. i made sure that the file was there and the file primissions are set to 777 and im still getting the same error.

i fugred out that i am only getting this problem when i have the frontpage set to "TP modual" but i still need to get it fixed :/

There are actually some host companies who system will not work correctly with files set to 777. This is seen by some a security violation.  This is a definite permissions error. I woul get with your host and have them check to ensure you are the owner of all files in your home directory and all child folders.
