When using BBC articles, charatcters like à, è, ù are displayed as ÃÆ'Ã,¨, ÃÆ', ÃÆ'Ã,¹. There are no problems if you use HTML or PHP articles.

Same thing here except I want to use Ã…, Ä, Ãâ€", Swedish characters in BBC Articles.

This is very annoying for those who use special characters. It turns the bbc articles useless... :(

Guys,

There are a total of 18 unassigned Bugs in TP 1.0 beta 4 right now.  This bug is number 16 on the list.  If there is anyway for Bloc to fix it for the next version then he will fix it.  Patience is the key.  If it is that annoying, then convert your articles from BBC to html, or, better yet, to php, at least until Bloc has had a chance to fix the error.

The fact that this is in the Bugtracker means that Bloc is aware of it and will get to it as soon as he can. ;)

Of course. Patience is a virtue and i'm good at it ;)
I'm making them all html and i'm liking the way of it :)

This seems to have vanished in TP v1.0 beta 5 where much was rewritten.
