[bugtracker] Article Layout Type follows FrontPage Settings instead of Category Settings

When the "Layout Types" for all individual categories are set to "Normal Article", the Articles will actually show just links when "Article layout for the frontpage" in FrontPage Settings is set to "just links".  This should not be working this way but in order to get the articles to show correctly and not as just links, I had to set the FrontPage Article layout to show normal articles.

- Category of single page was not set, making it show layout options from frontpage instead. Fixed for v1.0 beta4.

The bugfix involves several rewrites in TPortal.php, not applicable for quick-fix.
