ad block on header page

hallo ...
How  to ad banner on header i mean under date on smf 1.1.8 +TP v1.o beta3  i tried adding tp block i think un supported for header block(not sure)
May be it can do where to find right information .
Or  may be anyone can help me.

I like to use this theme on this site but under constructon and I'm really beginner want learn more and more,may be you can acces here from there  http://bicarauanginternet.com
aor please give advise to make my site better (what mod i have to install and so on)

You could add a banner into a top panel block but it would be below your menu.  If you want to add it to the area in the header just below the date on the right, then you ask the theme author for help on how to do that.  Their support thread for athat theme is located here ---> http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=303646.0
