Changing Font-size of block titles (CSS)

I've hit a brick wall here a bit. im trying to change the font sizes of my block headers (see pic) Ive managed to change the left blocks to the size i want, but i can't seem to change the font sizes of center blocks or right blocks without changing the size of the text elsewhere at the same time (the body i guess) ive used firebug, but its telling me catbg2 or 3 mostly, but it doesnt seem to change (i'm altering the CSS of my theme). Is this a TP CSS setting or do i have to do something else. I only want the title size to change as has happened in the left blocks.

I think perhaps you should be asking for help at DzinerStudio as it's Bikkens theme.

yeah im posting there too but i have been all through his CSS. im still going thru teh TP one

It may be set in the TPortalBlocks.layout.Template.php << something like that, I'm at work and cant check.
