TP Upgrade Issues

I am trying to upgrade my TP 1.0.6 beta 2 to TP 1.0 beta 3 on my SMF 1.1.8 forum.

When I try to uninstall beta 2, the following files fail:

3. Execute Modification ./Themes/default/index.template.php Test failed
11. Execute Modification ./Sources/Profile.php Test failed
14. Execute Modification ./Sources/QueryString.php Test failed


When I try to install beta 3 (without uninstalling beta 2), I get these failures:

15. Execute Modification ./Themes/default/Help.template.php Test failed
18. Execute Modification ./Sources/BoardIndex.php Test failed
19. Execute Modification ./Sources/QueryString.php Test failed
20. Execute Modification ./Sources/Subs-Post.php Test failed
21. Execute Modification ./Sources/Admin.php Test failed

Bummer.  That's gonna take an hour or two of work, at minimum, with all these mods.  I guess I'll stay on the old beta for now.  /cry
