Upgrade database?

With a lot of help - you know who you are - my forum is up and running again. Surfing around in the new environment I encountered yet another problem (?).

When visiting the shout box headline in my admin panel it says my database is out of date and I should use the latest upgrade.php to try and resolve this and that this may or may not work. What to do?

I will have to take a look when I get back tonight. I am headed out to see a movie with the wife. I see the problem, but am not sure what the cause is just yet. Will check on this in a few hours.

Ok, I take that back. I figured I'd do a quick remove of that module, and then reinstall it. Looks like its working now.
