random user block

where on each refresh it would show a random user registered on the forums,

I think thsi would be cool, maybe add group selection?

All groups, or just members in certain groups appear in the random user block.

Or maybe, random user block > all user's

and a "group specific" user block.

Just tossing out ideas.
