Right and left Blocks won't showup on Front Page?

Well I have my forum up and I can't seem to get my left and right blocks to show on the front page?I would like to have my shoutbox on the right and it's in the right blocs section under Bloc Manager but the POS is 0 is that a problem?Whenever I click activate nothing happens either there doesn't seem to be a green light or red light.I have my page What to show on front page set to articles and front page blocs but I only see an article in the middle and no left and right blocs?

Yes, I misread the post, sorry.

It appears to me you do not have Tinyportal installed properly.

I do not see any Tinyportal copyright info at the bottom of the forums.

Would this be because of the theme?

Possibly... Does TP work properly in the default theme?
