ShoutBox help

 hi, i just made a forum (smf) with tinyportal instaled i was told that shoutbox was already in the tinyportal but i dont know how to turn it on can some one help me  please !..

also i dont know how to chage the time to my time zone???!

and wher can i download skins(theams) but the ones that have  HOME-FORUM-HELP-SEARCH.... most of them would be just HOME-HELP-SEARCH...wiht out the forum bar on the top dose anyone know wher ca i get teh ones wiht forum bar too.. thank you!

If you are using the latest version of TP look under 'Modules and Tags' for the TP Simple Shoutbox
Forum time is a function of SMF under 'Overall time offset'.
Many themes must have a 'Forum' button added.
