[bugtracker] html article editor when trying to save

Seems to be a bug when I paste into an html article from word. It shows perfect after pasting then I hit save and it's no longer there. If I keep working at it I can get it to stay "sometimes".

Same issues as

It will simply cleanup the word code too much.
