This should be used in a html/script block.  However, it looks like you are missing an opening iframe tag.  If you add that it will work, but there is another problem with your code.  When you created the widget, you apparently didn't select a sub-category for your main category, which is hobbies, so there won't be much in there.

For instance, your code should look like this, but like I said, since you didn't select the sub-category, nothing will be shown except the links to Feedzilla ...

If you want to actually show a feed, you need to select both a category and a sub-category.  For instance, this code, in a script block, will show the feed for the sub-category "Amateur Science - Astronomy" in the Hobbies category ...
