user based boxes

OK, some of you may looking at th etitle and saying what the heck does he mean.  Some of you may be thinking, um let's see where this is going.  Others, well haven't read this yet and miss out on all the above.

I wondering if this is a codeing part the could be added on.  I want my users to be able to decide on what blocs are active in part of their website layout. Another option might be if a certain block is viewable by someone under age, perhaps pics a young one shouldn't see.

I ask this because, I was promoting my counter-strike server with free babe pics and quite honestly alot of them are not wearing much of anything, including, well I won't go there.(note to ladies, I don't mean disrespect by these pictures, it is just women are just to beautifull not to show off, most men are ugly) Anyhow I was wondering, could I add an option for a user in the layout section where if I have 3 blocks configured, to display the boxes they want: IE
layout under profiles would have the following options:
Babe Pics
Game Pics
Misc Pics
Funny Pics
and so on..If I really wanted that many options.  I would want the index page to load based on what they want open.  Hopefully you follow me on this.  Let me know if I have confused anyone.

Side note: How can I make blocks collapsable, I know it was mentioned somewhere but I can't find the code again.  Worst case I will just make the image for the collapsable blocks say view/hide.(worst case, would like to play with the other option.)

my fault..hadn't noticed a rule about that.  Didn't think it would be a big deal being that i tpointed here..sorry.

Blocks can't be turned on and off per user in current TP, they are only able to upshrink them.

But for the "babe" parts I would perhaps use membergroups to show them or not.
