As bbTurk said, this is something you should ask at SMF.

You didn't Read and Reply to the Posting Guidelines, did you?  For this reason, it is difficult for us to guess what it is you're trying to do.

However, let me say this.  The FCKEditor is being removed and replaced in TP with a more lightweight efficient editor in future releases.
