so i'll just uninstall it and just install TinyPortal v0.9.8 which is more stable (i think)

No problem. TP 0.9.8 is the most stable. But between that version and the next beta there are huge changes, so I don't expect TP1 to be as stable quite yet. Although, its getting there.
