All TP versions are Beta
We have not yet released any versions as stable.

I just tested the block options on my own site, allthough i have 1.0.6 installed, the arcade block inside the panel seem to hide just as it whould there, i cant say for you other block as i dont have the code to test for that one, but the arcade block seem to not the the cause on my site anyway.
