[bugtracker] TP Help not showing for guest 2 errors logged

I am using SMF 1.1.7 and TP 1.0.6 bata2 
SMF default theme on the testing servers

I get these same 2 errors on both my test sites and my live site:
When a guest visits the site and selects  the help tab and then goes to the TinyPortal help tab --  help will not show for tp  and these 2 errors are logged.

Indded correct, and also the same in Beta3 actually

Mix of TP 1.0.5 files into a 1.0.6 or 1.0beta3 installation. The TPhelp.english(or other lang) did indeed contain the "portal" tab in TP1.0.5 - but not in later versions.
