Installation error, Test failed

Hi guys

Running SMF 1.1.6 with Babylon Theme. Trying to install TP 0.983, but get the following files failed ...

8. Execute Modification ./index.php Test failed
9. Execute Modification ./Sources/Load.php Test failed
10. Execute Modification ./Themes/default/index.template.php Test failed

Any suggestions ... .thanks

ok, so can I simply just install 1.0.6 on top?

Not if you haven't removed the old TP install you already have. You should uninstall the old TP, then install the new one. Thats why its a good idea to remember the order in which you installed mods. Some mods alter code with other mods after they have been installed. So if you remember the order in which you installed the mods, all you need to do is uninstall them in the reverse order. This way, you won't get "test failed" on your uninstall.
