TP Admin Panel empty

I have a brand new SMF 1.1.7 forum, and would like to use TP. I have downloaded both 0.9.8 and 1.0.5 through the package installer and everything went fine. Except that the TP Admin block is completely empty.

Can you give me some suggestion to have the TP admin populated?

I now get this message, with TP 0.9.8 installed, when I try and log into the main admin panel:

Note: It appears that your database may require an upgrade. Your forum's files are currently at version SMF 1.1.7, while your database is at version 1.1.6. The above error might possibly go away if you execute the latest version of upgrade.php.

Where do I find the latest version of upgrade.php?

Well, I had the impression that the information was sufficient. I am using SMF 1.1.7, and TP 0.9.8. As it's a brand new SMF installation, I am using the default template, and there are no add ons. I have also provided the error message. Here's the URL: http://psychologicaltype.org/talk

Am now checking the database and will look up the file. I will also change the language settings in php, seeing as I can't get into the admin panel at all now.

I needed the link and also, i see you are hosted by siteground.

Siteground seem to have several issues regarding SMF, so i suggest you ask on SMF how ithers have solved this issue, you have a fresh install of SMF1.1.7 so there are no updates for the database even if the error indicate you have to update.

Search your errormessage on SMF and you will have a lot of answers

Did some checking on your site.
You have several issues you need to tend to it seems.

index.template.php holds duplicate code for tp mod, you seem to have installed it several times and with that, the code is duplicated. You have duplicates of the shrink images besides the top menu

If that file holds duplicate code, then most likly other files have the same, so you need to go through the files manually with help of this doc here

Make sure all code are there, and that the duplicate code is removed.

Language is set to utf8, change your forum to use English only instead, not English-utf8 ( Admin/Configuration/Server settings )

I put my thinking cap on and reinstalled everything manually, which has worked. Thanks for your help though, as it pointed me in the right direction.
