double entry in menu

Hi to all,
I have a small problem. I noticed that I have a double entry for forum and arcade. is there a way to remove the double entry?

remove one of the forum button codes from the index.template.php file in that theme.

I was able to remove the double entry of forum but not of the arcade. Could you please tell me what part I need to remove, without me messing it up?  attached included index.template.
