Center Block showing center for admin but not anyone else

I searched the support board and found other issues regarding center blocks but could not find something similar to my issue at hand. Perhaps i have had a brain fart and cannot think of the correct search term and could really use some assistance.

when signed in as admin the top center block titled 'sponsors:' shows center but when i log out and am a guest or logged in as a regular user it shows off center and aligned to the left.

any and all help is apprecaited.

I'm not an expert in diagnosing problems like this but, first of all, the center panel we had in versions of TP before 1.0.x are now either upper or lower panels.  There are also now top and bottom panels.  The sponsors block on your site looks like it sits in the top panel.  Try moving the block to the upper panel instead.

I would say it's issues with the code soewhere.
I see you have admanage mod and also you seem to have changed the menu part
How does it look in the default Core theme with out your other mods and that change to the menu ?
