Can't access Profiles

I upgraded to SMF 1.1.7 and and also to TP 1.0.6 beta 2 and suddenly lost access to member profiles. I read here later that 1.1.7 had a bug so I reinstalled SMF 1.1.6. The site is back up and running but still can't access member Profiles.
I get a white screen with this message

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare tpsummary() (previously declared in /home/cxxxxx/public_html/newenglanddigitalphotography/Sources/Profile.php:3013) in /home/xxxxxx/public_html/newenglanddigitalphotography/Sources/Profile.php on line 3063

The xxxx's are where my account name was. Didn't think that needed to be posted.
The only error I had showing on install was    ./Themes/default/index.template.php     Failed..

Any help would be appreciated. If TP is uninstalled then Profiles work. I was going to leave it this way but my members revolted. LOL They wanted the TP layout back.  Guess you guys have a happy following.

Thanks for a speedy reply. I guess I worded the search wrong. Just did your suggestion and came up with several posts which I'll review. I think it's just fatigue from the holiday work load clogging my brain.
