I cannot get the TP Simple Shoutbox  to activate at all. I have installed it setup my options in the TPShout menus. It shows as being on in the Module Activation as well.

Also  I cannot seem to find where I can download the module for the advanced shout to try it as well

The advanced shoutbox had so many errors so it is removed and cant be downloaded anywhere at this time

Simple shoutbox

Install the module and activate it
create a block and pick tp-module
check the catbox for shoutbox and save
Edit the visual settings for the block and save again

The shoutboc have it's own admin part added into the tp admin box in your administration
