Change Top Menu Items

Is it possible to remove some of the items from the top menu bar? I would like to remove the Admin, Help and Members links.

Those kind of changes are done in the template_menu function. We have a guide on how to add a button. You should be able to get the basic idea of how a button can be removed if you don't want it.
