Well I have phpbb3 on  my form and my hosting  is through Lunarpages. I want  to put a portal on my forum but i cant figure out how to  do it at all. i have tried getting phpbb3 portal to work, cant  do it, and i tried this one. I have little knowledge with html.

i was wondering if there is a very easy way and video  to help install a  portal, if  not can  someone help  me get it on.

thanks in advance

Getting TP installed can be as easy as clicking 4 or 5 links in your admin panel. If you read up on how to use SMF, you'll see that installing mods is done in the admin panel automatically. That is, if you're host has a setup that isn't too restricted. We have a great TinyPortal Doc's Board that can show you how to do everything you need.

Hi wvspeed, welcome to TinyPortal.

Please read the Posting Guidelines.html... makes it lots easier to advise you if we know what you currently have.

If your SMF forum is in good shape and you don't have a bunch of mods then the TP install should be easy, just upload through the SMF package manager and 'apply'.

If that will not work then you may need to do a manual install, it's not hard to do and is a great way to learn how to work with the files.
