TP admin section is blank

I just installed smf 1.16 and TP beta. when I go to admin center the section with the tiny portal heading has nothing below it. its just blank.

any ideas whats wrong? i installed TP without any errors from the package installer in smf.

nevermind didnt see child forums, fixed it
